lEARN MORE ABOUT OUR SPECIALTY FINISHES BELOW.
Created by in-house artists, DLV crafts faux metallic finishes using pigmented resins, creating a durable and scratch-resistant surface. Its flexibility in application means it can be applied to nearly any surface.
Coquille d'Oeuf—meaning "crushed eggshell"—is an ancient Vietnamese lacquer technique that uses a combination of eggshell embedded in lacquer. DLV has advanced this technique to create mosaic patterns, and most recently, has introduced transparency into the process.
FAUX TORTOISE SHELL
Inspired by Art Deco finishes, DLV has developed a faux tortoise shell finish that can be applied as a table top surface, cabinet door and drawer faces, as well as custom screens. Depending on application, choices range from translucent to opaque.
